# Integrations

Every data source you can connect to Molecule Data, and how.

The **Integrations** page (admin only) is where you connect and manage all your data sources. Each tile shows how many accounts are connected and a **Connected / Disconnected** badge; **Manage** opens the list of connected accounts for that source, where you can add more accounts or remove existing ones.

Integrations are split into two groups:

## Attribution & Revenue

### Shopify

Your store is the source of truth for sales, orders, and revenue.

* **Shopify App Store install (recommended)** — click **Connect a store** and install the Molecule Data app from the App Store.
* **Custom app token** — create a private/custom app in your Shopify admin and paste the shop name and shared secret. Full walkthrough: [Creating Shopify private app](https://docs.moleculedata.com/connecting-shopify-store/creating-shopify-private-app).

### Mixpanel

Connect Mixpanel with a service account (no OAuth needed).

**First, create a service account in Mixpanel:**

1. In Mixpanel, open **Organization Settings → Service Accounts** and click **Create Service Account**.
2. Name it (e.g. `MoleculeData`), select the **project** you want to connect, and pick a **project role** — Consumer or higher works. Set **Expires** to "Never" so the connection doesn't break later.

3. Click **Create**, then **copy both the username and the secret** — Mixpanel shows the secret only once.

**Then, connect it in Molecule Data:**

1. On the Integrations page, open the **Mixpanel** tile, paste the **Service account username** (looks like `YourName.abc123.mp-service-account`) and **Service account secret**, then click **Continue**.
2. Pick the **Project** to connect.
3. Choose your **Purchase event**, the **property holding the purchase amount**, and the **currency** — either a property that carries the currency code, or a fixed 3-letter ISO code (e.g. `EUR`). Then click **Connect**.

### Google Analytics

Click **Sign in with Google Analytics** and pick the property to connect. GA4 sessions power the Sessions metric on Live Today.

## Marketing Channels

All five ad channels connect with a quick sign-in:

| Channel                 | How it connects                                              |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Facebook (Meta)**     | Facebook sign-in, then select which ad account(s) to connect |
| **Google** (Google Ads) | Google OAuth sign-in                                         |
| **TikTok**              | TikTok OAuth sign-in                                         |
| **Snapchat**            | Snapchat OAuth sign-in                                       |
| **Pinterest**           | Pinterest OAuth sign-in                                      |
