# How to access the free Live Today (real-time) report

The **Live Today** report provides a quick, up-to-date view of your key metrics for the current day. It's simple to access — no need to complete onboarding, purchase a subscription, or select a pricing plan.

### Step 1: Connect your Shopify store

1. Go to the **Integrations** section in the platform.
2. Connect your Shopify store by following the prompts.
3. Ensure the connection is successful to proceed.

### Step 2: Connect your media channels

1. In the same **Integrations** section, connect your media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
2. Authenticate each channel and grant the necessary permissions.

### Step 3: View the report

Once Shopify and at least one media channel are connected, the **Live Today** report automatically becomes available — open **Live Today** in the sidebar.

#### Key features:

* **Real-time data**: the report shows metrics for the current day only.
* **Privacy-first**: we do not store any of your data for this report; it is generated dynamically.

### Optional: unlock historical and advanced reports

To access historical data and more powerful insights, complete the onboarding process:

1. **Complete the onboarding flow** — follow the steps in the app and select a [pricing plan](https://moleculedata.com/pricing).
2. **Start the data sync** — click **Sync Data** at the final step of onboarding. This starts our data pipeline, which begins collecting and storing your data.
