Team management, billing, and working with multiple companies.

Manage Team

Admins can invite teammates from the Manage Team page: enter an email and choose a member type — USER (view dashboards and reports) or ADMIN (additionally manage integrations, UTM tracking, team, and billing). You can edit a member's type, resend an invitation, or remove a member at any time. Invitees set a password and accept the terms to activate their account.

Billing

The Billings page shows your plan and payment history. Depending on how you signed up, billing runs through:

• Stripe — choose a plan, manage billing information through the Stripe portal, and browse your invoice history with downloadable receipts.

• Shopify — plans are charged through Shopify's own subscription flow; pick a billing store, confirm the charge in your Shopify admin, and view billing details there.

You can cancel your subscription from the same page.

Multiple companies

One account can belong to several company workspaces. Use the profile menu (top right) to switch between companies or add a new company — each company has its own integrations, data, team, and billing. Your role (ADMIN or USER) is per company.
